Establishment and Beginnings (1983)
In November 1984, the Second Gulf Conference was held in Sharjah under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi. His Highness honored us by receiving the Board of Directors and directed the allocation of a permanent headquarters for the Institute in Sharjah (documented in the book 'Hadith Al-Thakira').
